Engagements
Services are provided under a written agreement that sets out the scope, fixed price, timeline and our guarantee. If these terms and an engagement agreement conflict, the agreement applies.
Our guarantee
If any element we repaired is found not to meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria within the scope of our engagement, we will correct it at no charge. The guarantee does not cover content added or changed by others after our work is complete.
Limitation
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
